What To Expect

The 3-Day Curriculum

This program is designed to test your focus and professional stamina in real-world settings.

Expect 10+ hour training days

Arrival Day - Check In

Day 1 - Foundations & Environment

  • 8:00 AM Start

  • Classroom theory transitions into environmental awareness, venue advance basics, and the "Touring Mindset.”

Day 2 - Decision-Making & Field Scenarios

  • 8:00 AM Start

  • Real-world drills in Nashville environments. Emphasis on movement, communication with production teams, and managing high-pressure scenarios.

Day 3 - Integration & Final Readiness

  • 8:00 AM Start

  • Applying Skills Across Dynamic Situations Judgment, Adaptability & Operational Consistency. Final performance evaluations and certification ceremony.

  • Ends at 3:00 PM

Tuition, Terms & Enrollment

  • Tuition: $3,500 (see what’s included above)

  • $1,000 Off Early Bird Discount: when your application is submitted 30 days before the event

  • 15% Professional Discount: available for Military and Law Enforcement (Active or Retired)

  • Payment Terms: A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required upon application acceptance. Full payment must be received 14 days before the event.
